Leon Thomas is a 22-year US Air Force veteran and a learning and development consultant for Allstate’s Global Learning and Development Team. He writes and facilitates professional development curriculum for 54K Allstate personnel globally (US, Canada, Mexico, Northern Ireland, and India). Prior to joining Allstate, Leon was the Airman Leadership School Commandant at Grand Forks Air Force Base and led multiple training departments here and abroad over a span of 17 years. He earned his MS in Business from the University of Mary, ND in 2020 and his SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) in 2021.
