Thank you for your interest in being a featured artist for the 2024 Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals Art See event! The free event is hosted annually in May to showcase both up-and-coming and distinguished artists. Guests have the opportunity to view art from a variety of mediums, mingle with talented local and regional artists, and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces in a fun and social atmosphere.

Selected artists will be paid $50 for participating in the show, and $25 if they donate art for the art raffle! All artists are encouraged to sell their art at the event.

Artist Selection Information

• 12 artists will be selected to be showcased at the event.

• The goal is to have a wide variety of art represented. The selection committee tries to avoid having multiple artists of the same type.

• Artists are highly encouraged to sell their work at the event. The selection committee considers the average cost of the pieces to offer a diversity of costs.

• Please be sure to submit examples of your work along with pricing so the committee can easily make their selections.

Timeline

• Artist Applications Open: March 4, 2024

• Artist Applications Close: April 1, 2024

• Artists Notified of Selection: Week of April 8, 2024

• Event Set Up: May 17, 2024, Time TBD – usually 2 hours before the event opens, ~3:30 pm
