Each member of the Board of Directors commits to the following:

• Serve for a two year term.
• Attend board meetings and committee meetings, allowing for no more than three board meeting absences per year.
• Come to meetings prepared and informed.
• Provide a thoughtful and timely response to issues that arise between meetings.
• Attend at least three organizational events in each calendar year on the board
