About the ggfyp Board
The GGFYP Board of Directors determines the organizational and fiscal direction of the organization. The Board is made up of eleven voting members, including an executive team, three committee chairpersons, an internal advisor, and two members at large.
The Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of each month at the The 701 Coworking Space by Evolve GF. For more information or for meeting minutes, please contact Gon.
2025-2026 GGFYP BOARD
Board of Director Commitments
Serve for a two year term.
Attend board meetings & committee meetings, allowing for no more than three board meeting absences per year.
Come to meetings prepared and informed.
Provide a thoughtful and timely response to issues that arise between meetings.
Attend at least three organizational events in each calendar year on the board
Member-at-Large Elections
The Members-at-Large elected into their position by the general GGFYP membership. They are your representatives on the Board who represent the feelings of the general YP membership at all board discussions. They are responsible for welcoming new members and are the friendly face of our organization.
Elections are held annually in November.
